Estelle Gbessi DOGNITO is a Business Law Attorney and Secretary General of the Association Béninoise des Professionnels de la Conformité et des Risques (ABPCR). She operates across a broad spectrum of legal and organizational fields: legal advisory, debt recovery, audit & compliance, legal drafting, human resources management, negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. Since June 2024, she has been a Recovery Officer at AGEDIS BENIN SA, where she analyzes doubtful debt files, negotiates payment plans, and manages both amicable and contentious recovery proceedings. Previously, she worked as an independent Legal Consultant (May 2023 – June 2024), handling legal advisory, debt recovery, contract drafting, and audit & compliance missions. She also served as Recovery Officer and Recovery Assistant at BGFIBank Bénin (June 2021 – April 2023), managing amicable and contentious debt recovery, monitoring litigation files with lawyers, and overseeing land title processes. She began her career as a Legal Associate at Cabinet Maître Paul AVLESSI (Oct 2019 – May 2021), drafting legal acts, following litigation files, and attending court hearings.
